Aerodynamic and Performance Advantage

• Certified Aerodynamic Efficiency: Rigorous testing in the Silverstone wind tunnel validated an extraordinary 13.6% reduction in drag compared to the previous Filante model. The comprehensive bike-and-rider system shows a 4.5% improvement in aerodynamic resistance.

• Tangible Speed Gains: The aerodynamic refinements translate to real-world performance gains. Riding at 40 km/h (24.9 mph), a cyclist saves a substantial 14.15 watts of power. Over a 70 km course while maintaining 290 W of power, this results in a time gain of 1 minute and 45 seconds.

• Frame Materials and Weight: The frame uses a premium blend of Toray T800, T1100 and M46JB high-modulus carbon fibers, combined with Liquid-Crystal Polymer. This proprietary mix ensures high responsiveness and stiffness without compromising lightness.

Integrated Design and Features

• Integrated Aerokit System: This is a hallmark of the new design. The custom down tube profile works in conjunction with the Elite-developed $1100  Aerokit bottle and cages. This system acts as a "veritable spoiler," stabilizing airflow and reducing drag by over two-thirds compared to conventional systems, making the bike more aerodynamic with the bottles in place.

• F-Bar ID2 Integrated Cockpit: The carbon monocoque handlebar features Total Cable Integration, concealing all brake and derailleur cables for maximum aero benefit and a clean aesthetic. It introduces the Optimized Ergonomic Flare (O.E.F.), with an orthogonal flare in the drops for better control and an aerodynamic riding position. The clamping hardware is fully hidden and UCI-compliant.

• Redesigned Fork: The fork blades are wider (13.6% wider than the Cento10PRO) to move them away from the wheel and reduce turbulence.
