Amontillado ist eine trocken ausgebaute Art von Sherry, die dunkler als Fino ist, aber heller als Oloroso. Er reift zunächst unter einer Flor-Hefe-Schicht, um dann an der Luft weiterer Oxidation ausgesetzt zu werden. Aromen wie geröstete Mandeln und Haselnuss sind die klassischen Aromen für Amontillado Fässer. 

Aroma: Fruchtig und sehr reif. Leichte Eichennoten untermalen süße Toffebonbons, geschälte Mandeln mit weichen Walnussaromen.

Geschmack: Komposition aus exotischen Früchten, jungen Zwetschgen und etwas Karamell.

Abgang: Cayennepfeffer sorgt für das gewisse Etwas im langanhaltenden Abgang.

If you are using glass spice jars you will likely need to use the included screws into the cabinet because the double face tape it comes with might not hold up. If it lasts, it was definitely a value upgrade in my cabinet.
