Der KAOKO Tempomat-Geschwindigkeitsstabilisator besteht aus einer einfachen, genialen und robust gestalteten Reibungsmutter, die integral mit einem speziellen KAOKO-Lenkerendgewicht verbunden ist. Die Bedienung erfolgt intuitiv: Zum Aktivieren wird beim Beschleunigen die Reibungsmutter zwischen kleinem Finger und Handfläche geklemmt, was die Mutter festzieht und ausreichend Reibung erzeugt, um die Drosselklappe in der gewünschten Position zu halten. Zum Deaktivieren wird die Mutter beim Zurückrollen des Gasgriffs auf die gleiche Weise gelöst, wodurch der Gasgriff frei öffnen und schließen kann.
