100 % Frappato, biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, 12,5 % Alkohol. Spontan vergoren, Ausbau in Zement und großem Holz, ungefiltert. Der 2022er zeigt den klassischen Occhipinti-Stil: Leichtigkeit, Präzision und Terroir-Ausdruck statt Kraft und Extraktion.

Helles, durchscheinendes Rubinrot. In der Nase Erdbeere, rote Kirsche, Rosenblätter, Blutorange und ein Hauch Erde. Am Gaumen leicht, saftig und mit einer vibrierenden Säure, die den Wein unglaublich trinkig macht. Feine, kaum spürbare Tannine. Leicht gekühlt servieren — zu Fisch, Pasta mit Tomatensauce, Pizza oder als Rotwein für Menschen, die eigentlich Weißwein trinken.
