Der Metabo SSW 18 LTX 300 BL Akku Schlagschrauber 1/2" ist ein kleines Kraftpaket mit sagenhaften 480 Nm Lösemoment und 300 Nm Drehmoment. Er besitzt 12 Drehzahl-/Drehmomentstufen, somit ist ein breites Anwendungsspektrum abgedeckt. Der einzigartige Metabo Brushless-Motor steht für schnellen Arbeitsfortschritt und höchste Effizienz bei jedem Einsatz. Die Automatic Power Shift Funktion ( APS ) unterstützt das Arbeiten mit selbstbohrenden Schrauben, hier wird das Drehmoment nach dem Bohren reduziert und somit ein Überdrehen der Schrauben verhindert. Weitere Vorteile sind der geringe Rückschlag und die integrierte Arbeitsleuchte der Maschine. Das robuste Aluminiumdruckguss Getriebegehäuse sorgt für eine optimale Wärmeableitung und eine lange Lebensdauer. Durch den Gürtelhaken der wahlweise rechts oder links fixierbar ist, kann der Schlagschrauber am Gürtel befestigt werden. Metabo steht für höchste Qualitätsansprüche und langlebige Geräte.

I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
