CoverPlus Maintenance Vor-Ort einschließlich Druckköpfe wird angeboten, um die Funktionalität und Betriebsbereitschaft Ihrer Epson Produkte zu gewährleisten. Zielsetzung ist, dass ein Techniker innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Eingang des Anrufs bei Ihnen vor Ort ist, um Ihr Epson Produkt zu instand zu setzen. Dieser Service umfasst den Austausch von bis zu einem Druckkopfsatz pro Jahr für die Dauer der Verlängerung, wenn der Druckkopf/die Druckköpfe ausfallen. Alle anderen Teile sind inbegriffen, mit Ausnahme von Verbrauchsteilen/Optionen (z. B. Einzugsrollen und Wartungstanks), die vom Endbenutzer erworben und eingebaut werden können.
