This simple procedure is based on the use of a unique single-buffer system and Zymo-Spin column technology that allows for selective recovery of total RNA (> 17 nt), large RNAs (> 200 nt), and/or small RNAs (17-200 nt). The procedure is easy: Add binding buffer and ethanol to your sample, then bind, wash and elute ultra pure RNA. The RNA can be eluted from the Zymo-Spin IC Column in as little as ≥ 6 µl of RNase-free water. This item was NOT new as advertised!
This was given as a father day gift. When we opened it the clear film on the back had lint entangled in the sticky residue, the leather band had marks on it as if someone was adjusting it to their wrist size and the big one….the watch was doused absolutely doused in cologne. It’s clear that someone purchased before me, wore it or an event(s) then returned the watch. Tissot or Amazon: how can you make this right? I bought it and paid for “new” pricing and clearly was “not new”
