The standout feature of the Martinsen 5000 is its double grill function. With two height-adjustable cooking grids, you can independently manage cooking zones—ideal for grilling different foods at different temperatures. Each grid offers four adjustable levels, giving you full heat control for perfect grilling results.
The barbecue also supports vertical barbecuing by placing charcoal between the two grids and attaching a spit and motor, letting you enjoy authentic rotisserie-style cooking.
Equipped with two FSC-certified wooden side tables, the Martinsen 5000 provides convenient workspace for food prep, tools, sauces, and accessories. Its 6 mm heavy-duty stainless-steel grids ensure durability and even heat distribution, while the dual aluminium-coated fireboxes deliver long-lasting heat resistance.
