Suggested Use
Adults – Take 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks.
Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner in cases of sleep disturbances; if taking conventional medication such as contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotoninergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, SSRIs, and/or anti-epilepsy drugs; or if symptoms persist.
