In 2022 we decided to evolve our Estate Syrah into a wine that is

Classic Syrah characters of blueberry, boysenberry and cracked black pepper, some earthy smoky notes, and a hint of apricot from the Viognier. The palate is fresh and juicy with lashings of flavour with a real brightness of acid and an energetic tannin finish. Young wine for young people, or the young at heart.

In 2022 we decided to evolve our Estate Syrah into a wine that is youthful, fresh, delicious, and yet still serious and age worthy. Various ferments were pre-determined for the blend including some coferments of Syrah with whole cluster Viognier. All the ferments were wild and had an extended time in vat before being pressed off together to a single tank. The wine was pumped to barrel spending 69 days settling before racking clear back to tank for Malolactic Fermentation. After 150 days in tank the wine was bottled young and fresh.

Great wrist rest. Smooth finish, good looks, and ideal wrist angle.
This wrist rest sets you up for pretty optimal, level height to prevent future wrist problems. I went with the nice reddish/brown color as it matches my brown wood Edifier speakers and other brown accessories very nicely. Nice matte finish that avoids showing finger prints and skin oils. The color is perfect, not too red or too brown. Keep in mind if your keyboard is angled in the front it will leave a bit of a gap, however it is unnoticeable to me. Also, make sure your arm rests of your chair can come high enough to meet the half inch or so thick wrist rest. My arm rests are a bit low for the time being so some extra pressure is put on my arm behind the wrist when resting on the chair supports.

The Glorious wrist rest for the keyboard is perfect and exactly what I wanted/needed, but the mouse rest caused hand and wrist pain. I swapped it out for a squishy alternative and that worked much better. I have a theory it might have been due to the relatively low height of my ektecity gaming mouse relative to the mouse rest. My keyboard is a higher height and that may be why the wood keyboard rest works so much better.
