It is the Ultimate solution for welding aerospace grade metals where an inert environment is required. Manufactured from high temperature silicone, the Trailing Shield withstands the heat absorbed by any #16 or 1" welding cup and will hold its structural integrity to 100+ amp welds. The Trailing Shield also includes a built in drag bar on the tail of the shield to assist in the prevention of direct heated material contact. **please note that the silicone body is meant to hover above and not make contact with the actual weld seam** 

Our proven, multi-layer screen diffuser combined with the shower head diffuser fitting integrate seamlessly with the silicone while providing additional rigidity to the body of the shield; providing excellent argon diffusion to the weldment. The reinforced screen diffuser allows for the radius to be adjusted by slightly bending the stainless steel diffuser. 

User setup tips and tricks:

Included hose retention tab is designed to snap on to the back cap and align the argon inlet hose perfectly straight into the shield body, ensuring consistent results when manipulating torch angle during the weld process. (we recommend using Tig Aesthetics 6mm Argon Purge line)

Recommended gas flow for the Trailing Shield is 15-20 SCFH *dependent on weldment and environment*

Ensure a proper setup by running a test pass on some scrap material to solidify personal preference on flow and speed.

I personally didn't eat them but I gave my dog one. After one my dog found out where I stashed them, ripped the package open and grabbed the rest from the bag. He then hid them around the house and individually opened them and ate them. I know this because I kept finding plastic wrap everywhere and then empty bones. So I'm going to guess they were delicious. Also a bonus to have extra bones for them to chew on and you to step on! I will say, I didnt like how they were all individually plastic wrapped, made it difficult for me to open them.

Still going strong after three months of Doberman teeth!

This was one of the first toys I purchased for my adopted 4 year old Doberman Pinscher. It has been chewed, and chewed, and chewed some more. This is one of his 3 favorite toys when he has to go in his crate. As of yet there are no significant teeth marks, holes, or missing pieces. It is solid rubber, light weight compared to a similar toy he has, and just the right size to carry around in his mouth. He seems to enjoy the sensation the little rubber nubs have on his gums when he chews it. We have also used this toy to play tug of war and fetch for the same reasons listed but also because the neon green color is easy to see especially if the dog gets distracted and leaves it in the yard. When playing fetch the weight of the toy does not lead to rotator cuff surgery with repetitive throwing on the part of the dog's human! When it gets too dirty and slimy for my tolerance, it is easily washed in the laundry room sink with dish detergent and a sponge always returning to its Spic n' Span original appearance. If and when he chews this one up, I will not hesitate to replace it. Top 3 Likes: -Sturdy, holds up to chewing, used as a crate toy as it poses no threat from dislodged pieces -Bright color aids in finding it outside -Comparatively lightweight, easy to throw, and easy to clean Top 3 Disikes: -Potentially an aggressive chewer could dismantle Only 1 dislike!
