Selected by the Modern Library as one of the 100 best novels of all time

"It is very difficult for a writer of my generation, if he is honest, to pretend indifference to the work of Somerset Maugham," wrote Gore Vidal. "He was always so entirely there."
Originally published in 1915, Of Human Bondage is a potent expression of the power of sexual obsession and of modern man's yearning for freedom. This classic bildungsroman tells the story of Philip Carey, a sensitive boy born with a clubfoot who is orphaned and raised by a religious aunt and uncle. Philip yearns for adventure, and at eighteen leaves home, eventually pursuing a career as an artist in Paris. When he returns to London to study medicine, he meets the androgynous but alluring Mildred and begins a doomed love affair that will change the course of his life. There is no more powerful story of sexual infatuation, of human longing for connection and freedom.
"Here is a novel of the utmost importance," wrote Theodore Dreiser on publication. "It is a beacon of light by which the wanderer may be guided. . . . One feels as though one were sitting before a splendid Shiraz of priceless texture and intricate weave, admiring, feeling, responding sensually to its colors and tones."

With an Introduction by Gore Vidal

Commentary by Theodore Dreiser and Graham Greene

Simply gorgeous. I immediately transferred my stuff to the new purse and then put my clothes in order to match what I planned on wearing with it for the next few weeks. I just love it. Thank you. Will definitely be purchasing more soon

Delighted!
Color: 1-purple Blue
I'm very pleased with this handbag. I got the blue with purple version and I just LOVE the color combination. I have a couple of the name brand version of this type and IMO, these are a decent dupe - especially at this price point. The handbag even came with a dust cover bag. The size of this one is roomy enough to carry what I need, without being the size of a piece of luggage. The detail and the zips are good quality and smooth, not faults at all. I'm delighted with this purchase, so much so, I've already ordered 3 more handbags of this brand, in different colors and styles.😊

Off-center handle placement
Color: Oil Wax, Color: Oil Wax
I am a huge fan of Braumin, but not willing to pay that price tag. Your product allows me to have beautiful handbags in a array of colors because they are so affordable! However, I just received my first one. The handle placement on one side of the bag is off center, as shown on the attached photo. Just wanted you to be aware. I plan to purchase several more and I trust this will be corrected. Looking forward to completing my wardrobe with these beautiful, colorful handbags!

Lovely Blue clutch
Color: Stain Navy Blue1
Great clutch for price. Beautiful satin, I ordered Dark Blue. Enough room for essentials, phone etc. Chain detaches for use as a true clutch. No rhinestones on this particular piece but I do believe that is an option on some colors.
