He decided to design a platter that he could use in the wild, whether on the sea or in the woods. The oyster platters' shape echoes that of an oyster shell. Carved indentations hold each oyster securely.
Paul handpicks each board for a platter, looking for unique characteristics and details. He shapes and carves to accentuate the natural beauty inherent in the wood. Every platter is born from a single piece of wood and will vary in color and carving.
