VELUX flashing is designed to integrate your roof window into the roofing material, ensuring it is completely weathertight.

  • Flashing for installing roof windows into flat or profiled roofing material up to 120mm in profile
  • Also for interlocking slate, thatch, or profiled sheeting
  • Roof pitch between 15° - 90°
  • Kit includes installation products: BDX insulation collar and BFX underfelt collar

For standard installation heights, install the brackets at the top and bottom of the window frame at the red line level.

I was really excited to try this body glow oil, especially since it has SPF 45, getting sun protection and a bronzed shimmer all in one sounded perfect. The color is beautiful and gives a nice glow without looking too glittery, which I appreciate. However, it does feel a bit sticky right after application. I ended up lightly dusting some setting powder over it, which helped a lot to take down the tackiness and make it feel more comfortable throughout the day. Just a heads-up: you don’t need a lot of product, start with a small amount and build up if needed. It absorbs fairly quickly but still leaves that dewy finish, so it might not be ideal if you’re not into that slightly glossy feel. Overall, though, I really like the effect, especially for photos or a night out. Just takes a little trial and error to get it to work how you want!
