Leaders Do you have days when you feel like you're communicating with toddlers rather than adults in the workplace?

Are you tired of dealing with sulking, tantrums, personality clashes and poor performance?

If you are not getting the results you need as a high-performance leader, this book is for you.

In it, you will learn a new approach to communication that will radically improve your leadership effectiveness.

Communication is the KING of the so-called 'soft' skills that are essential in the modern workplace. Yet most of us have had little or no training in how to communicate effectively, particularly under pressure.

We haven't been taught the FOUNDATIONS of GREAT communication.

In Soft is the New Hard, communications and soft-skills specialist Leah Mether gives you the complete solution: a step-by-step process that underpins communication and lays the foundations for success.

Mether's proven strategies will help you:

  • defuse conflict
  • manage yourself under pressure
  • inspire individuals and teams to action
  • influence decisions and outcomes
  • lead your team through change, restructure or transition
  • deliver difficult messages
  • communicate clearly in an emergency or crisis

No-one is a perfect communicator, everyone can improve. And with this book, Mether shows you how.

Like the shirt, rich colors! Wash on delicate and dry on low, pull out of dryer and ready to be wore or hung in closet. Wrinkle free.

Wrong size on shirt’s tag and description!
Size: 16"-16.5" Neck 36"-37" Sleeve, Color: Dark Blue, Size: 16"-16.5" Neck 36"-37" Sleeve, Color: Dark Blue
We have ordered Van Heusen dress shirts in size 16.5 neck and 36”-37” sleeves for years. This shirt’s sleeves are 2-3” too short! The shirt is tagged wrong. I ordered the same size brand and shirt in a different color and you can see the difference in the sleeve’s length in the photo! Annoyed I need to return the defective item.

Excellent shirt that compares to box brand stores and fits very well.
Size: 15"-15.5" Neck 34"-35" Sleeve, Color: Light Blue
I recently lost 44 pounds and all of my dress shirts no longer fit correctly. These are an excellent replacement. I am 6'2" and now 180 lbs. These are a perfect fit and are slim where they need to be and don't bunch up on the sides, and they are super comfy. Bottom of the shirt is long enough to keep tucked in even when bending over. Sleeve length is decent, they do slide up past my wrists when doing extreme reaches, but are right at the hand/wrist connector when in an idle pose. They did have a weird chemical smell when I first put them on, but let them air out when you first put them on. They are also very wrinkled, so make sure you have an iron around. No status on durability, but the material is not super thin, its thick like Target shirts.
