The sections on smokehouse design include over 250 construction diagrams and photos that cover most known methods: masonry, portable, wood, concrete, and drum smokers. After reading this book a reader will fully comprehend what can be expected of any particular smoker and how to build one that will conform to his individual needs. Great summer workbook

This book is a great tool to use over summer break to prevent loss of learning. I have been using this book with my 2nd grader for a few weeks and he enjoys the short lessons. I would prefer the lessons have a few more questions to cover each lesson.

Great way to support summer learning!
