Bánh xếp tròn nhân kim chi thịt heo (Mandu kimchi thịt heo) là loại bánh xếp vị truyền thống và đặc trưng nhất của Hàn Quốc. Sự kết hợp giữa vỏ bánh mềm dai cùng nhân thịt heo, thêm vị chua của kimchi khiến bạn sẽ không bị ngán khi ăn.

Mỗi chiếc bánh có dạng hình tròn với đường kính khoảng 3cm, vỏ bánh làm bằng bột mì có độ dày vừa phải. Nhân được gói chặt bên trong, ướp gia vị vừa ăn.

CÁCH CHIÊN BÁNH XẾP THEO PHƯƠNG PHÁP "HẤP - CHIÊN - HẤP"

Bước 1: Chiên bánh trên chảo

Cho bánh xếp vào chiên trên chảo không dính với lửa vừa. Chiên khoảng 1-2 phút đến khi vỏ bánh có màu nâu vàng, quan trọng là phải đảo bánh – nó làm cho vỏ bánh giòn hơn.

Bước 2: Cho thêm nước và hấp

Mở lửa lớn hơn và cho nước vào chảo sao cho nước ngập từ 1/3 đến 1/2 bánh.

Bước 3: Đậy nắp và nấu

Đậy nắp và hấp cho đến khi bánh chính. Bánh xếp lạnh cần khoảng 6-10 phút để chin tùy vào kích cỡ của bánh nữa (có thể cắt bánh làm đôi và đậy kín nắp để bánh được nấu chín).

Bước 4: Giở nắp để nước bốc hơi

Mở nắp chảo và chiên, đảo chảo thường xuyên đến khi phần nước còn lại bốc hơi hết và vỏ bánh xếp trở nên giòn.

Sure enough it was. The hook fits, yea you have to push it in there with a slight bit of force, but it definitely does fit. What those people don’t realize is that by design the hooks are like that to keep a firm hold onto the tray itself. I found it funny how mad people were about that when really it’s very very simple to make it work. Nice product sticks well, seems sturdy.

This is a good product with terrible instructions. I’ve used this adhesive strip before so I know how to install the basket & how to remove the strip. To get a snug fit position one of the basket's vertical wires in the middle of one of the horizontal bars then press down hard until you hear it snap into place, it’s now snug & will not tip over. To remove the adhesive strip I used a putty knife & wiggled it underneath the strip until I had loosened & lifted enough of it to get a good grip & pull the rest off. Mine is installed on a ceramic tile back splash not in the sink so this method did not damage the tile, can't say what it would do to stainless steel. I'm a 72 y/o woman with arthritis, if I can get the adhesive off anyone can.

Works well, but very difficult to remove!

Perspective: Ive had this caddy for 3 years and it has suited me well. Over time the hooks that hold the caddy in place loosened and the caddy would occasionally fall off the side of the sink wall. Not a huge deal, just a small inconvenience. Over time it started to happen more often because the plastic hooks completely lost their grip so I decided to replace it. Well it literally took me 3 days to get it off of the side of my sink. Using different tools to jimmy it off because the adhesive is sooo strong (which is a good thing, until you are looking to remove it). It took a razor blade and several bouts of goo gone to get the whole thing off as well as the leftover adhesive. The fact that it lasted for 3 years is a testament that it is a good product, but it lost several stars for the drama and pain and suffering it took to remove. I wont be buying another one.
