Omega Pure EPA-DHA 500: Highly concentrated omega-3 fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural lemon flavor, proprietary antioxidant blend (consisting of natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate).
Chondro-Relief® Plus: Gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
Herbal Eze: Vegetable capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), and Crustacean shellfish (crab and shrimp).

Warnings:
Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 3,000 mcg RAE (10,000 IU) of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day. Contains fish oil and crustacean shellfish. buy it, trust me
I perfer this over aquafor. its not thick, the liquid splooshs so fair warning.
however I notice this hydrates better and longer and seeps into the skin better.
I buy agin and again. this product is not a staple for my skin care.
