Ingredients can be stored in the pan rail and prepped on the 9 1⁄4-inch-deep, full-width cutting board. To optimize prepping, additional ingredients can be stored in the cabinet base, which has a shelf for organization. The cabinet has a stay-open door with hinges and a recessed, space-saving handle.
Temperatures in this Migali C-SP27-8-HC food prep table range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit; the operator can choose the set level on the digital controller and monitor it on the display. Cold air in the cabinet is evenly distributed by a forced-air system. Because the unit is made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are heavy duty and resistant to corrosion.
