A masterpiece of industrial design that not only revolutionized coffee brewing but also set a benchmark for modern domestic design. The Braun KF 20 Aromaster, designed in 1972 by Florian Seiffert, is not just a coffee maker—it’s a piece of history and a perfect example of how functionality and aesthetics can merge seamlessly.

With its tower-like vertical design, optimized for kitchen spaces, and its distinctive deep yellow-orange casing, this coffee maker embodies the essence of 1970s design. Every line, every detail reflects Braun's innovative approach to blending practicality with beauty. Its cultural significance has transcended generations, earning its place in museums and private collections as an undisputed icon of 20th-century design.

This specific unit is in exceptional condition, featuring all-original parts except for the glass carafe. The original carafe is unfortunately not included; However, a brand-new replacement carafe has been purchased specifically for this machine and has never been used. The original wiring remains intact, ensuring authenticity and functionality. The warming plate at the base, which was originally black, has faded slightly over time, but this does not affect its operation.

It is important to note that this is a coffee maker since 1972. Evidently, 53 years have passed since its production, and while it remains functional, it does not perform like a modern coffee machine. This is an item of historical and aesthetic value, perfect for collectors or enthusiasts of design and vintage appliances.

Lies
Update! They are cracking and falling apart already with barely being used and careful care. Complete waste of money. Original review: These are horrible, as far as the smell and not being properly sanded. They aren't pre-oiled like they claimed either. Not worth what you pay for them.

Sturdy cutting boards!
These cutting boards work great and are sturdy. They lose color quickly but re oiling them will help that. Good product.

Great quality for the Price
Surprisingly decent for the price! The wood is actually pretty and high quality, but the manufacturing isn't great. The set a received is quite rough and my wife continues to think she will get a splinter. They also are oiled but they are quite dry still and also smell heavily of the mineral oil they use.

Beautiful but terrible quality.
While I absolutely loved the idea of cutting boards with a stand, these were not the right choice. The wood is exceptionally soft and after the first use the gouges from my knife were pretty deep. After I washed the cutting board from cutting veggies, it started to splinter. Maybe I just got a defective set but I definitely do not recommend this set. Will be returning and getting a different brand/board.

A unique treatise
Format: Paperback
I've read part way through this book at this point, reading it together with a friend. It provides plenty material for discussion. It seems to me to be aimed at a seminary audience, as there are some theological and Greek grammatical terms used, but not fully explained. It's not quick reading, but it makes up for that in the unique content. The content is to take a dozen key passages whose interpretation has varied over the last couple thousand years, and show exactly how these interpretations have varied. The title of the book, "...in Full Circle" refers to the idea that some contemporary interpretations have more in common with the most ancient church fathers than they do with their immediate predecessors over the last four or five hundred years. All in all, it's a fascinating way of looking at scripture - through the eyes of influential authors over the course of almost twenty centuries.
