The spindle attaches to the upper and lower A arms The anchor bolt and washer are sold separately. The fits all 1968 1970 full size passenger cars EXCEPT the 1968 with power brakes. This absorbs quickly, is non-greasy, and leaves skin feeling smooth and soft (though it's no substitute for moisturizer). All in all, a great product, though I haven't tested it extensively in bright sunlight. However, I deducted one star for the smallish tube and highish price.
