The Alert-it Radio Sense-it Enuresis Monitor Base System with Pager requires the use of an Alert-it cotton vomit and urine detecting sheet or pillow case (sold separately).

The Alert-it Radio Sense-it Enuresis Monitor Base System with Pager is for use with Alert-it pagers or an existing professional nurse call radio pager system. 

The Alert-it Radio Sense-it Enuresis Monitor Base System with Pager is ideal for use in domestic and care home environments to allow comfortable and discreet enuresis support. The monitor can also offer excellent support for Diabetes in detecting hypoglycaemia through the intense sweating that occurs  when used with enuresis sensors.

I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin.
