Upgrading to an MSD Flying Magnet Crank Kit will deliver the precise and reliable signal that a high performance engine requires. This kit gives you the ability to control timing electronically through a Holley EFI ECU (or other standalone engine management system / ignition controller). At the heart of the kit is the 3-wire Hall-Effect Sensor that is easier to set up, less susceptible to EMI/RFI interference/noise, and less likely to have false signals than other methods (Distributors and VR Magnetic Sensors). In addition, they are less prone to mechanical failure since there are no wear parts. The product is good and contrary to some comments I read it was not a mess to install and went on very nicely. That said I placed on a 71 Baracudda and starting from a 71db I was able to drop that down to about 66 with two layers Kilmatt 80mil

Excellent Sound Deadening Material!

I installed Kilmat Sound Deadening in my truck, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The material is thick, pliable, and easy to cut to fit doors, floor panels. It sticks very well to metal surfaces and doesn’t peel, even after heating it slightly to make it more flexible. After installation, I immediately noticed a reduction in road noise and vibrations. A Must Have For Car Restorations!

I have been installing this matting in my 74 Datsun 260Z restore and very pleased with the ease of application and overall quality. My car has bedliner coating inside and this stuff sticks extremely well and is easy to trim and shape as well. I have just started installing it and using the rollers to work it in place but I can already tell a difference with just the little bit I have added....has reduced the resonance in the metal already. It's not a fast process but know it will be very rewarding once complete.
