The AIR SYSTEM ECO can work in two different
ways:
1) AIR WITHOUT MEMBRANE
The working principle does not foresee the use
of the membrane, so to allow the covering even
of very difficult shapes and, at the same time, to
avoid costs referred to the replacement of the
membrane itself.
Furthermore, this solution allows the reaching of
very high temperatures.
The loading/unloading system from the same
side – by means of one/two trays – lets the removing of ‘dead times’ and one single operator’s
managing of the complete installation.
The complete installation is controlled by the
programmable PLC which allows to set all working functions from the control board such as:
- press pre-starting at the set time:
- working temperature;
- pre-heating time;
- pressing time;
- minimum pressure during the pre-heating
phase;
- working max pressure;

2) AIR + MEMBRANE
In this case the press is suitable to cover shaped
panels both with PVC and veneer.
The use of the membrane is required only to
glue veneer.
The machine is equipped with one fast membrane hooking/unhooking system in order to
pass from one working system to the other in a
few seconds.
This system, as the previous one, is controlled by
the programmable PLC which allows the setting
of the above mentioned variables directly from
the control board
- loading group speed setting.
