Scottish jewelry is quite special and its origins can be traced back to the age of Sir Walter Scott & his visit to Scotland in 1822. The popularity of the jewelry was spread by Queen Victoria and her love of all things Scottish. Stones commonly used were agate, jasper, bloodstone and citrine.
