Zoals bij vele wijnmakers in Spanje werd er steeds aan de plaatselijke coperatie verkocht. Het is nog maar sinds begin jaren 90 dat het domein zelf is beginnen wijnen maken en bottelen. Vooral de jongste generatie heeft daar een zeer grote rol in gespeeld. De volledige familie Prez werkt mee op het domein, maar het is zonder twijfel oenoloog

Zoals bij vele wijnmakers in Spanje werd er steeds aan de plaatselijke coöperatie verkocht. Het is nog maar sinds begin jaren 90 dat het domein zelf is beginnen wijnen maken en bottelen. Vooral de jongste generatie heeft daar een zeer grote rol in gespeeld. De volledige familie Pérez werkt mee op het domein, maar het is zonder twijfel oenoloog Raúl Pérez die dit domein op de kaart heeft gezet.

Beschrijving: Sappig, vol, rond, zachte tannines en een beetje kruidig met veel zwart fruit.

Lekker bij: Gevogelte, koude vleesgerechten, gerijpte kazen.

Leuk weetje: De druiven voor deze wijn worden met de hand geplukt en ontsteelt voordat de vergisting begint in roestvrij stalen tanks. Nadat de malolactische gisting is voltooid, wordt de wijn gemengd. De afgewerkte wijn rust 3 maanden in oude eiken houten vaten van 5.000 liter. Vervolgens wordt de wijn ongefilterd gebotteld.

I love this shelf! It took two people to hang it and you definitely want to ensure you hit a stud on at least one side or 1-2 screws if mounting between studs. The wood is soft and the poles are light weight. They are not traditional black pipe and weigh far less.
