Deze pinot noir draait dan ook rond zijn altitude of hoogteligging. De grote verschillen tussen dag en nachttemperaturen zorgen voor een vertraagde rijping die het fruit de tijd geeft om complexe aromas met frisheid te genereren. De natuurlijke vergisting

The Mabalel pinot noir is afkomstig van één enkele wijngaard op de ‘Kaaimansgat Farm’ op een hoogte van 700 meter boven zeeniveau, omringd door hoge bergtoppen die in de winter zelfs vaak besneeuwd zijn. Deze pinot noir draait dan ook rond zijn ‘altitude’ of hoogteligging. De grote verschillen tussen dag- en nachttemperaturen zorgen voor een vertraagde rijping die het fruit de tijd geeft om complexe aroma’s met frisheid te genereren. De natuurlijke vergisting vindt plaats in inox tanks voor zo’n anderhalve maand. Na de persing, rijpt dit edele sap zo’n jaar in eiken vaten (20% nieuwe vaten). Deze zeer complexe pinot noir vraagt dan ook om wat extra zuurstof in een karaf en het fijnste glaswerk.

Available in three colors

These metal mesh trays come in three colors – black, silver and white. While most mesh organizers are black, it’s nice that two other colors are available that might fit better into your décor. There are no interior dividers, which I find to be not very useful anyway. These do not stack, so the clearance is only limited to the height of any shelf above the tray. The trays are as described in the ad. The trays come with 12 self-adhesive foot pads that are round about 5/8” in diameter and about 2mm thick. These will prevent the trays from scratching whatever they are set upon. The trays will prevent loose objects from falling from your desk or shelf.
