In Amerika is deze bereidingswijze gebruikelijker dan in Europa, omdat pekelen de structuur van grotere of taaiere stukken barbecuevlees veranderd, waardoor dit heerlijk mals wordt. Maar ook een eenvoudig kipfiletje komt heerlijk sappig van de barbecue als het een paar uur in AllBrine heeft gelegen

Onze AllBrine No.1 bevat zeezout, suiker, kruiden en specerijen en de klassieke smaakmakers wortel, ui, prei en selderij.

In tegenstelling tot veel andere pekels heeft onze AllBrine een matig zoutgehalte. Daarom kan hij goed gecombineerd worden met een van de rubs uit ons assortiment.

Allbrine No.1 is geschikt voor vis, vlees, gevogelte, en groenten. Geeft extra smaak aan steak, gerookte zalm, wild, kip, gevogelte, runder brisket, rookvlees, pulled pork en ribs.

Great legs - sturdy when fully assembled with tabletop.

These legs are great. I put it together with a butcher block tabletop and it turned out beautifully. I recommend using a level on the legs once you get them into position and again when you place a top on it. The screws included were so easy to screw into the block but that will vary depending on the top you select. Watch the videos another reviewer posted on cleaning the legs with a mild soapy water and dry them thoroughly. It really helped me. Also after it was all assembled I used a clear acrylic - in a spray can to clear coat and seal the legs. I am really happy with it.

Nice small bar cart

I had to put it together and it wasn’t too difficult, took about 30 min, HOWEVER I used a ratcheting screwdriver with an Allen wrench attachment or else it would have taken a lot longer! (It does come with the little Allen wrench included so you don’t have to purchase any tools.) All the parts were labeled well and included a couple extra screws. I tightened it up good and it’s sturdy. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. If you just need a small cart this will work! PS you can opt to leave off the parts that hold the wine glass if you don’t need them/ or want more space on that middle shelf
