Hoe werkt ontzuren met Alka® Bad?

Door Alka® Bad aan uw badwater toe te voegen krijgt het water een basische waarde van ca. pH 8,5. De zure afvalstoffen in uw lichaam worden door middel van een osmotische druk via de huid van binnen naar buiten getransporteerd. De zure afvalstoffen op de huid worden geneutraliseerd door het basische badwater. Wanneer het oude, verzuurde huidoppervlak wordt geneutraliseerd met Alka® Bad, kan de regulerende werking van uw talgklieren zorgen voor een nieuwe, optimale opbouw van de onderste vetlaag.

Himalayazout mineraliseert de huid: 

Het ongeraffineerde Himalayazout in Alka® Bad bevat in totaal 84 oorspronkelijke mineralen en sporenelementen. Deze worden bij elk bad optimaal door de huidcellen opgenomen. Een goede toevoer van mineralen en sporenelementen beschermt de huid tegen verzuring. 

Magnesium ontspant je spieren:

Waarom is een basische huidverzorging belangrijk?

De pH van onze huid is altijd lichtjes zuur, maar waarom? Zure afvalstoffen verlaten ons lichaam via de huid. Maar naarmate het lichaam in de loop der jaren zuurder wordt, wordt het natuurlijke regulerings- en vernieuwingsproces van de huid verstoord. Nieuwe huidcellen rijpen of sterven te snel af. De huid raakt verzuurd, droogt uit of wordt vet, met allerlei huidklachten tot gevolg.

Gezonde mensen hebben een zuur huidoppervlak met een pH-waarde van 5,5. Deze pH-waarde is veel lager bij mensen met een verzuurd lichaam. De epidermis wordt dan een broedplaats voor ziekteverwekkers. Dit veroorzaakt allerlei huidaandoeningen.

Basische huidverzorgingsproducten worden gebruikt om dit te voorkomen. In tegenstelling tot andere huidverzorgingsproducten, die vaak een te lage of te hoge pH-waarde hebben, bevatten deze producten een optimale pH-waarde (tussen 7,5 en 8,5).

Ontzurend

Basische baden helpen het lichaam om zure afvalstoffen via de huid af te voeren. Door basisch badzout aan uw badwater toe te voegen, krijgt het water een pH van ongeveer pH 8,5. Overtollige zuren in uw lichaam worden door osmotische druk van binnenuit door de huid getransporteerd. De zure afzettingen op de huid worden geneutraliseerd, waardoor de regulerende werking van de talgklieren wordt hersteld.

I spent the $20 I saved on stuff to make this thing functional-ish

The only reason this is getting three stars is because I do like the ability to shut off the steam and also it puts out the perfect amount of water and cleans well. For the bad, the design is terrible in four important ways as mentioned in other reviews (which I wish I had read before purchase so my fault). 1. This thing will not stand in its own unless in a very particular position and even then a slight gust of wind sends it toppling. 2. The one hook cord storage has to be the stupidest design I have ever seen. I did buy a command hook so I could wind the cord so that takes care of that issue (other than no notch to secure the plug to the cord). 3. The cord is not long enough but again I remedied this with a 6ft extension cord though I’m sure this is probably not recommended somewhere in the instructions so I take my own risk. 4. I did not like the pad included but have a ton from my old Shark steam mop (RIP) and they work well enough with this mop so it’s not completely useless. I would not recommend this mop to anyone. It is a bit cheaper than the Shark mop I was looking to replace but wish I wouldn’t have let my cheap side win and it’s spent the extra $20 to get a mop I know I like.

Quality Knives At A Bargain Price
Size: Steel King 15Pcs 10.4"×7"×15.4"
I have had these knives for almost 18 months now and they have held up great Edge retention is fantastic, and as long as you treat them right and don't leave dried tomato sauce on them for 5 days, no rust to speak of or even any discoloring! The build is fantastic and they are well balanced. I still can't believe I got this set for the price I did. I have a collection of pocket knives, I own Japanese wet stones to sharpen and understand what 8cr13mov, s30V and 14c28n is in knife production. (It's metal alloys BTW.) Having said that, I was a bit picky in finding a knife set that was quality built, had good steel and didn't cost $800. I honestly don't know how they are producing this set and not losing their shirts. Full tang design (One piece of steel from tip through the handle to the butt), and has nice glass fiber reinforced polymer handle material. I can't find any reference to this set in particular for what steel is used, but based on using various steel through the years I have a pretty good idea what this probably is. (BTW, I hate to break to you. At this price, it's absolutely NOT German steel...and that's okay anyway.) Brodark references Japanese VG10 steel with their other stand alone chef knives. It is common in the Chinese knife industry to copy an alloy alloy and call it by it's original name. It's NOT Japanese steel. What is commonly referred to as VG10 is 10cr15mov or 8cr15mov. Both are fine steel to use for a "general purpose" knife and perform similar to Japanese VG10, or even US made 440c stainless...perhaps even a little better than 440c. The steel in these knives is pretty dang hard, which makes me think it is 10cr15mov. The 10 is the Chromium content in the alloy. More chromium, more hard, more hard ='s more brittle. There is a balance of how hard without being brittle. Some knife makers use super hard steel to get a wicked sharp edge that holds for a while...buuuut then after a year of use you see all the chips along the edge or perhaps even a tip has snapped off. That's hard, brittle steel. You can't fix chips unless you grind them down and create a totally new edge on the knife and start over. These Brodark knives find a nice balance of hardness for edge retention but enough give to not chip or break off under general use. Like I said, almost 1.5 years of use and no chips, bends, or scratches. I still can't believe I paid around $50 for them. Incredible.
