Het ontwerp van het tweedelige deksel vermindert het warmteverlies bij het openen, terwijl optimale hygiënische omstandigheden behouden blijven. Geïntegreerde kaarthouder op het deksel voor naamkaarten. Digitaal bedieningspaneel met display dat de werktijd, ingestelde temperatuur en werkelijke temperatuur weer te geven. De laatste temperatuurinstelling wordt opgeslagen in het geheugen en wordt telkens wanneer de stroom wordt ingeschakeld geselecteerd. De temperatuur kan worden ingesteld van 35 tot 85 ̊C in stappen van 1 ̊. Het waterreservoir is voorzien van een max. vullijn, die ≈1,5L aangeeft. Niet bedoeld om te koken, alleen om warm te houden.
