Approximate coverage is listed by product size and is a general idea based on a one-coat application of surface square footage. A two-coat application is always recommended for best results.
Ultra Spec® 500 Interior - Flat Finish FK535
A professional-quality interior waterborne flat finish based on a proprietary acrylic cross-linking resin that tints on the Gennex® zero VOC colorant system. This waterborne interior flat provides a decorative flat finish that qualifies for LEED® v4 credit and passes the most stringent environmental standards in any colour.
Recommended For
Low abuse interior wall and ceiling surfaces in commercial and institutional environments where flat finish is desired. For new or previously painted interior wallboard, masonry, and primed or previously painted plaster, wood or metal.
Ultra Spec® 500 Interior - Low Sheen Eggshell F537
A professional-quality interior waterborne low sheen eggshell finish based on a proprietary cross-linking acrylic resin that tints on the Gennex® zero VOC colorant system. This waterborne interior Low Sheen Eggshell Finish provides the wash ability of a semi-gloss in a softer sheen. The product qualifies for LEED® v4 credit and passes the most stringent environmental standards in any colour.

Recommended For
Interior wall and ceiling surfaces in commercial and institutional environments. For new or previously painted interior wallboard, cured masonry, cured plaster and non-bleeding woods. Also can be used on primed or previously painted metal in addition to under wall coverings for easy positioning and removal.
Limitations
- Do not apply when air and surface temperatures are below 10 °C (50 °F)
