Immaculately conceived or maybe a wild fermentation. 2 months in old oak. Boisterous red berry fruit, blood orange pith and fresh cut dry grass. Soft fluffy tannins and mouth-watering acidity."
This is best served lightly chilled between 8 and 14 degrees
