MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. Exactly what I needed
Size: 100 Pack
These are great for making cleanup from cooking easier. Like most disposable pans, these are a little on the flimsy side when loaded with food, but I either put them on a cookie sheet or inside another baking pan for loading into and out of the oven, and they work great that way.

I have bought these pans many times and I’ve been very happy with them. However, the most recent batch I got of 100 was shockingly inferior to what I received before they are of such poor quality that they bend like a piece of aluminum foil. they are dangerous to cook with if you pick them up. They just bend. Usually, they are packed in a carton which then is inside the Amazon box. This time, they were just in the Amazon carton and then arrived crumpled and crushed. Wherever they bought them from is a disgrace. I will never buy them again. They are a disaster and dangerous to use in your oven.
